Q: Do you offer full service grooming?

A: Yes we are a full service salon establishment with professional groomers.

Q: How old does my pet have to be for the first grooming?

A: For your pets protection you will need to wait until they have finished their puppy vaccines, usually around 4 months old.

Q: What vaccines do you require for my pet to be groomed?

A: Your pet must have up to date rabies, DHLPP (An 8 way vaccine given in one injection), and a bordetella/kennel cough vaccine.

You will need to bring in proof from your veterinarian.

Q: Do you groom cats?

A: Yes, we do have a groomer who specializes in cat grooms.

Q: How long does it take to groom my pet?

A: We do our best to get the pets in our care bathed and groomed in a timely manner. Most pets require about 2 hours. During

very busy days however, it may take a bit longer. You will be called as soon as your pet is finished.

Q: Do you use cages?

A: For the protection of both your dog and our staff we do use kennel banks where dogs are kept separate and comfortable

while they wait to be worked on and/or picked up. These banks are located adjacent to our groomers and are always being

    attended to by salon staff.

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Yes, only when time allows can we take walk ins or same day appointments. We strongly recommend that you pre book

your next appointment to ensure availability on the day you would like to come in.

Q: Do you allow pet owners to watch as you groom?

A: Pets usually behave much better without the owner present, but in special circumstances we do allow an owner to stay with

     their pet.

Q: Do you take elderly pets?

A: Yes, our groomers are trained in the handling and grooming of elderly pets. Please keep in mind that pets that require

special handling due to advance age or health issues do require more time to groom and may call for a special handling fee.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The cost is based on the breed of dog, style of trim, condition of the coat and the pets behavior. All pets are different so

without seeing your pet we can not give you an exact price over the phone, only an approximation.

Q: Can I come in just to get you to clip my pets nails?

A: Absolutely, the cost is $15 dollars...we clip and file the nails and clean the ears. You do not need an appointment, but you

should call ahead to avoid a wait time.
